Wellness training professional? Increases Engagement through Interactive Elements: Including interactive elements such as drag and drop, multiple choice, click and display, true or false etc. in the training material increases user engagement. Interactive content ensures a highly engaging user experience and enhances the impact of the training delivered. Real-time Feedback: Interactive corporate training makes instant evaluation possible. Participants can receive real-time feedback for the answers submitted on the training portal. It also enables managers to track the progress of individual employees. In case of Q&A sessions and pop-up quizzes, the trainer can gauge the level of understanding of the trainees and proceed accordingly.
One of the most effective ways to use corporate training to drive enrollment in credit-bearing courses is to map the training to degree programs. This can be done by working with the academic unit to establish substitutions, or American Council on Education (ACE) evaluations. Using corporate training as a pipeline to credit-bearing courses requires some forethought. When developing corporate training look at the degree program correlation. For example, if you are training supervisors on conflict management they may want to know that you have a degree in organizational leadership.
Imagine that I have concocted a product – a new soft drink – which I think tastes amazing. But is that enough for the success of the product? Probably not! I will test my new drink with a few representative consumers. After all, they are going to buy or choose to ignore my product. I will allow them to sample my drink and give feedback. The question I will ask is whether the drink is good (based on their opinion/perception). The next question will be – what can I do to make it better? Consumers will give their feedback – let’s say it is too sugary, or not enough flavor, etc. I will make some changes to the drink, based on the number of consumers giving that same feedback. Then I will go back to the consumer and ask them to taste the altered drink and give their inputs. This process will be repeated for a few iterations until the overall feedback to the drink is positive.

Each of us carries stories around with us and desires to share them with who ever is interested in listening. Many of these stories define who we have been in the past. And, through their telling, they continue to define who we are in the present and who we will probably become in the future. These stories actually don’t serve us if we want to generate a new way of being and a new way of acting. These stories only remind of us of who we were and of the circumstances that occurred in the past. In order to generate new possibilities it is necessary to eliminate from our repertoire those stories that reinforce what was impossible for us at a previous time. Again, the focus of coaching is the outcome desired at this present moment. What needs to shift in order for actions to be taken so the results will be realized? Stories of the past failures and “awful” circumstances generally reinforce our interpretations of what is wrong with me, you or it.
