Meditation courses personal gains

Expand my consciousness teachings in 2019, a hot topic, and we will bring this up again as an amazing personal health course is starting in December 2019, i’m discussing about Body Bedrock course.

Last week, a study from UCLA found that long-term meditators had better-preserved brains than non-meditators as they aged. Participants who’d been meditating for an average of 20 years had more grey matter volume throughout the brain — although older meditators still had some volume loss compared to younger meditators, it wasn’t as pronounced as the non-meditators. “We expected rather small and distinct effects located in some of the regions that had previously been associated with meditating,” said study author Florian Kurth. “Instead, what we actually observed was a widespread effect of meditation that encompassed regions throughout the entire brain.”

Workout and physical exercise may not be enough to gain ideal fitness. Many scientists, nutritionists, and researchers of allied health sciences have indicated that the pathway to fitness lies in holistic lifestyle modification – including nutritious food, physical workout, yoga, and meditation regularly. Psychologists agree that the primary goal of fitness is to get the mind and body function equally well. If our minds are clouded with negative and stressful contemplations, there are very poor chances of us benefitting from any workout regime. Thorough meditation helps in clearing the limiting thoughts and self-beliefs and providing a continuous supply of motivation to the brain and body to keep going. Would you love to add razor-edge focus to your life? Research shows that meditation improves cognition and increases your ability to perform tasks requiring focus. One study tested a variety of different meditation types, including Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana, Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, Sufi Meditation and Hindu Meditation, and found that they all improve focus by varying degrees. I used to think coffee was the best way to get focused – now I just meditate.

I grew up obsessed with the study of mystics, saints, sages, enlightened masters, and nobel laureates. Reading about their visions, powers, and wisdom helped me feel more comfortable with my own intuition and ecstatic experiences. I balanced my etheric nature with lots of science and higher education and stayed grounded literally within my mother’s garden as a barefoot herbalist. I know myself as love and a force for healing transformation in our world. I practice heart centered consciousness to stay aligned with the guidance of my highest self. Healing and teaching are my gifts and I use them to honor the divine motherly energy of spirit (shakti) that nourishes our earth, our relationships, and our own evolution. I’m on a mission to rid our world of degenerative disease through preventative education and research for better natural therapies. Source: https://www.healingcircletm.com/.
